This chakra chart will allow you to diagnose which of your chakras is imbalanced.

• How to diagnose which chakra is imbalanced?

First sit for meditation and try to become thoughtless
Now hold your hand out in front of you and assess your hands for any tingles in the fingers or palm
Relate the tingles to the diagram eg. Finger 4 (little finger) = chakra 4 (heart)
Now place your right hand onto the affected chakra and place the left hand on your lap palm upwards
Ask inside 'Mother please cleanse this chakra'
Wait until the tingle has passed or has greatly reduced, signifying the balancing of the chakra..
Repeat as necessary
